Windows 10 Update - Blue Snowball Quiet

So I just upated Windows 10 (just the auto update from the settings menu) and now all my friends are telling me that my Blue Snowball microphone is quiet. I'm a little upset because I can't find any help of updating it. I used to be told to turn down the sensitivity, and now with it at 100%, they can barely hear me. Is there something that can fix this? Does any one else have audio issues with this update? And have you found any solutions?

Prelude: Yes I've Googled the issue. Yes I've updated my drivers. Yes I've Uninstalled the mic, unplugged, restarted, replugged, and updated. Yes I've switched USB ports. Yes I've used it with success on another computer. No it wasn't made before 2009.

My Blue Snowball is recognized in Device Manager, but with an error. When I go under Properties, the device status says:

'The device cannot start. (Code 10)

The I/O device is is configured incorrectly or the configuration parameters to the driver are incorrect.'

Anyone had a similar problem? D3d driver with hardware acceleration free download for windows xp. And hopefully found a fix?
